They type a full sentence into an assistant: "what does property management actually involve for a single rental house, and what is a fair fee?" Assistants answer these in sentences, so the pages that get used tend to be the ones that state facts in sentences too.
Why fees trip up machines
Owners ask about fees more than almost anything else, and fee pages are where property management websites are vaguest. A page that says "competitive rates, contact us" leaves an assistant nothing to repeat. So the reply is built from whatever else is lying around: a directory blurb, a review mentioning a leasing charge, a general article that describes how other firms bill. The owner then arrives at your door expecting something you do not charge, or doubtful about something you do.
We do not quote fees for managers, and you should not publish numbers you cannot stand behind. But you can explain the structure with no figures at all: that there is a recurring fee tied to collected rent, that placing a tenant carries a separate charge, whether renewals do, how maintenance is marked up or passed through, what the termination terms look like and what the owner receives each month. A page that lays out the structure in plain language lets an assistant describe your firm accurately and lets a human compare you fairly.
The same logic applies to anything an owner dreads asking out loud about property management. Who holds the security deposit, and in what kind of account? What does the manager do about a repair above an approved limit? What if the owner wants to sell? Each is a question an assistant may be asked, and each deserves a short, direct answer somewhere on your site.

Single-family rentals, small portfolios, multifamily buildings, condo and HOA boards, light commercial. Say which kinds of property management you take and which you refer out, because a firm that claims every type is harder to place than one that names three.
Territory
The cities and counties you actually cover, written as sentences and matched on your listing, your site and your directories. Drive-time limits are a legitimate thing to state.
Scope
Rent collection, screening, leasing, inspections, maintenance coordination, owner statements, year-end tax documents, eviction handling. If something is extra, say so.
Fee structure
The shape of the fees, without a number if you prefer, but with enough detail that an owner can tell what is and is not included.
Licensing and affiliations
The license your state requires, if any, and the professional groups you belong to, with a link to the authority that verifies them. Rules differ by state, so check yours.
Owner and tenant paths
One number and one inbox for prospective owners, a separate and obvious route for tenant requests, and the name of the portal tenants should use for payments and maintenance.
Two audiences
The owner is the buyer, but the tenant is the one who writes the reviews, calls the office at night and asks an assistant "how do I pay rent to this company" or "is this company good to rent from." If the honest answer to those questions is scattered or out of date, owners see the fallout in the form of unfavorable summaries that mention your firm by name.
So a complete picture of your property management brand includes the tenant-facing basics: where to find the application and what it involves, how rent is paid, how to submit a maintenance request, what counts as an emergency and how renewals work. Publish them in ordinary pages that are easy to read on a phone. These pages rarely win new owners directly, but they reduce confusion, and a company that looks organized to a tenant looks organized to the landlord who is vetting it.
A note on tone: describe listings and neighborhoods in terms of the property itself, never the sort of person who should or should not apply. Fair housing law applies to how rentals are described, and assistants that read your pages should find nothing that implies preferences. Check the rules for your area with a qualified attorney.

Limits
Nobody controls whether an assistant names a specific property management company. Anyone who says otherwise is selling a result they cannot deliver. We cannot promise mentions, citations or a position in any answer, and outcomes vary by market, competition and which assistant a person uses. What we can do is remove the reasons for being omitted or misdescribed and give these systems good material to work from.
This is also not the same thing as advertising inside a chat product. Finally, treat anything an assistant says about licensing, trust accounts, security deposits or eviction with care. Those rules are set by states and sometimes cities. Your regulator and an attorney are the authorities, not a chatbot.
